Main Line Health in Radnor, PA is currently hiring a System Director of Marketing. We are looking for an experienced leader with strong strategic marketing experience coming from a hospital or healthcare environment.

As the System Director for Marketing you will provide leadership and direction in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and tactics to increase patient loyalty, utilization, growth and to ensure system alignment of the health system. This encompasses four acute care hospitals (Lankenau Medical Center, Bryn Mawr Hospital, Paoli Hospital, Riddle Hospital), Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Hospital, Mirmont Treatment Center and Main Line HealthCare, the employed physician group. You will be located at our Radnor Corporate office with travel to the entities as needed.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President Marketing & Business Development, you work closely with the executive leadership team, service line directors, and physicians to formulate strategic marketing plans and outreach initiatives to achieve the business objectives of the organization and executes patient, consumer, and referring physician engagement strategies annually across the MLH system. The System Director is responsible for oversight, implementation and advancement of the MLH brand.

Additional responsibilities you will manage as the System Director include:



  • Responsible for brand integrity and evolution and ensures that the brand experience is consistent through the MLH patient journey. Monitors the delivery of the brand promise across the region including opportunities to optimize the brand through improved patient experience.
  • Responsible for managing relationship with media buying agency, advertising/creative agencies, writers, photographers and other support professionals.
  • Selection and implementation of customer relationship management system (CRM) as well as oversee and implement marketing technology systems and processes to achieve organizational marketing goals and objectives.
  • Develops and monitors annual marketing budget from a System, entity and service line perspective



Education:

  • Master's Degree in marketing, healthcare management or business administration preferred. Bachelor's Degree required.



Experience:

  • Minimum of ten (10) years strategic marketing experience in a multi-hospital system or healthcare system with multiple distribution sites; 5 years at the management level.
  • Experience in health care brand management, advertising, including social media, communications and directing market research initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in managing a marketing staff in a dynamic, high-growth, volume driven environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
