Description: Job Title: Documentation Specialist Length of Contract: 02 Years Working Hours: 40 hours/ 8 hours per day Hybrid Model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Job Description: Responsible for preparing, editing, filing, and assembling documentation, including SOPs, vDTPs, and L4s. Must have experience with Microsoft and Visio. Familiarity with a controlled document environment is preferred. Experience with LMS systems (such as Compliance Wire) is advantageous but not essential. Requires excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Must be able to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy to avoid compliance issues What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have? Organization Skills System aptitude - good with using systems; reports; using systems to perform work and support users Ability to analyze a problem and determine resolution - answer user questions regarding training courses assigned and due Proof courses and document/redline findings Nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification: Background in learning or training; adult learning principles, course content creation or management. What type of environment is this person working in: Team setting with work received in 2 ways projects assigned by Team Lead or myself or through team mailbox where users pose requests and/or questions. Education: A high school diploma is required, and an associate's degree is preferred. 1-3 years of experience needed.
