Job Title: Documentation Specialist

Length of Contract: 02 Years

Working Hours: 40 hours/ 8 hours per day

Hybrid Model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.


Job Description:

  • Responsible for preparing, editing, filing, and assembling documentation, including SOPs, vDTPs, and L4s. Must have experience with Microsoft and Visio.
  • Familiarity with a controlled document environment is preferred. Experience with LMS systems (such as Compliance Wire) is advantageous but not essential. Requires excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy to avoid compliance issues

  • Ability to analyze a problem and determine resolution - answer user questions regarding training courses assigned and due
  • Proof courses and document/redline findings

  • Background in learning or training; adult learning principles, course content creation or management.



What type of environment is this person working in:

  • Team setting with work received in 2 ways projects assigned by Team Lead or myself or through team mailbox where users pose requests and/or questions.


Education:

  • A high school diploma is required, and an associate's degree is preferred. 1-3 years of experience needed.
