Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect to support the Intelligence Center of Excellence (ICoE) Military Intelligence Battle Simulations Center at Fort Huachuca, AZ. This role is essential to the operation and maintenance of the Battle Simulations Center, where you will lead a team responsible for building simulations to stimulate mission command systems. Responsibilities include conducting end-to-end communications exercises, maintaining scenario realism, synchronizing simulation timelines, and supporting students and trainers by developing message traffic to meet learning objectives. You will also participate in coordination meetings, provide subject matter expertise, and troubleshoot system functionality issues during training events.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree. You must have a strong background in modeling and simulation, with expertise in federating systems to support mission command. Experience with Military Intelligence simulations and Army's Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC) is preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential, as you will mentor your team and interface with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of complex training exercises.
