SWET-Software Engineer in Test (Rest Assured)

  Willing to be flexible on the API Automation requirement (Rest Assured), but does want someone that has strong Java programming knowledge.

  This isn't a full development role, but this person will be doing a mix of Java development and QA/Automation work in a development environment.

  We need someone who's strong in Java programming that's willing to take on some QA/Automation tasks as well.
  
  

• Bachelors in Computer Science Required
• Demonstrated testing and development of high volume Batch application
• Automated Testing and Continuous Integration enable rapid development and deployment of our best in class planning tools. Your ability to work cross functionally in Quality assurance and Development ensures our success in bringing the best of planning and financial execution to our customers! The development of automated and innovative tools to increase development velocity and decrease manual, repetitive effort magnifies our ability to deliver products quickly and with high assurance of excellent quality.
• You should have demonstrated experience in tools such as
• Java with Spring Boot and Rest Assured, Postman or Java or other OOP experience
• Spark
• BDD testing with Cucumber and Gherkin
• Agile software development process (and tools such as JIRA, GIT/Stash, Splunk)
• DevSecOps: Jenkins, virtualization, automated test
• Cloud
• Batch processes (Control-M for example)/high volume batch processing (big data)
• These skills are examples, and your strongest asset is your ability to develop NEW skills as our platforms evolve!!
• You are a person who through your own initiative, introduces and drives innovative solutions to assure outstanding quality for our customers.
• You have deep seated curiosity about understanding the financial planning process and its value!
