There has never been a better time to join EQ. Role Summary This position is within Equiniti Trust Company, LLC - Shareowner Services. Equiniti Trust Company, LLC provides stock transfer services for over 600 corporate clients with over 4,500,000 shareholders. The selected candidate will perform a variety of operational tasks for simple or routine securities or cash related transactions and processes. The Investment Plan Services team is responsible for balancing and allocation of dividend, voluntary cash and payroll purchases, as well executing market trades for sales transactions submitted by the participants of the plans we administer. We are seeking a passionate and engaged individual who takes great pride in their work, inspired and motivated by their role in protecting and enhancing our client's financial well-being. Core Duties/Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: The team member will be assigned a portfolio of companies and responsible for the day-to-day processing, balancing and validation of the plan activities for each company. They will be required to gain a thorough understanding of all attributes associated with investment plan activities and the interrelated functions of other Shareowner Services departments that are involved in the process.
