Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transmissions for the final assembly plant in York, Pennsylvania, as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business. This electrical controls engineering position will support processes, systems and best practices associated with world class manufacturing by providing technical expertise and guidance on the operation and maintenance of production assets. Coordinate projects and provide technical support on new and existing machine tools for the production operations. There will be direct involvement in new equipment selection, approval drawings, component specification, recommend spare parts attainment, maintenance training requirements, preventive maintenance recommendations, manual and documentation procurement.
