Role Summary As an Sr. Business Analyst, Occupancy Planning within Facility Operations, you'll play a key role in a team responsible for site programming, daily operations, and workplace programs & services as we scale and transform Rivian's workplace. In the unique space of an EV workforce, this role requires a highly flexible individual who can decipher complex spatial needs across multiple ecosystems -- office, research and development labs, vehicle test space, manufacturing and other specialty spaces. Our ideal candidate is a perceptive, strategic thinker with a passion for hypergrowth and a deep-rooted understanding of space management. The focus areas of this role include analysis and strategic planning, data preparation, return-to-office growth initiatives and stakeholder collaboration. You will make the biggest impact through data-driven insights, equipping our teams with digestible data and tools to understand space utilization opportunities, shaping decisions for our evolving facility strategy. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for Palo Alto, CA based applicants:$117,000-$146,000 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law). Salary Range for El Segundo, CA based applicants: $107,000-$134,000 annually (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location and other factors permitted by law).
