Who we are looking for: We are currently looking for a Plant Administrator to be based out of Pendleton, OR. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this person will be responsible for working directly with the production, maintenance, and quality departments in the area of data entry, record keeping, and reporting. They will also provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions, such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 3 years of administrative experience. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus. What you'll do:
